ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS

The simplest way to describe the environment is to say anything that surrounds us.  It includes physical, chemical, the seen and unseen and other natural forces.  There are interactions in an environment between humans, animals, plants, the earth, water, and the air.  It can include living things or nonliving things such as material things made by man.

For us, when we think of goin'GREEN we use the environmental awareness as a main focus.  If you don’t understand where you’re at and what is surrounding you, and how your actions affect the surrounding area around you, then you’re really missing out on the wholeness of the environment.

For a child, to be honest, that environment starts at home and it is a reflection of the parenting skills and other teaching skills that the child is exposed to as they enter the outside world.

Outside there is a bigger world.  There are neighborhoods, parks, schools, religious centers, cities, country sides and communities..

... it just goes on and on.

Carry those GREEN values with you as you go and you will leave a positive impact on this earth, we would call that leaving GREEN footprints.

So let's get started. Let's look at the links below by clicking on the images and start to understand a little bit more about the environment that surrounds you, environmental programs and how you can do your part in helping the environment
