Air Quality

Air surrounds us and yet we cannot see it.

According to National Geographic encyclopedia , Air is the invisible mixture of gases that surrounds the Earth. Air contains important substances, such as oxygen and nitrogen, that most species need to survive

And that in itself is pretty amazing.

But did you know that air can contain tiny particles in it like dust, pollen and smoke that we cannot see?  It can also contain water.

When we breathe in air we do not breathe out the same quality of air that we breathed in.  We breathe in oxygen but we actually breathe out air with carbon dioxide in it that plants need and utilize for their growth.

People study Air Quality .  Although it is invisible to the naked eye, it is filled with many tiny, tiny organisms and particles that we cannot see.

Air travels with the wind and is constantly changing.  There is always something new to learn about the air.  Check out the videos here and you'll learn more about indoor air quality air pollution..
